Under Consideration: Restructure with CMake to allow for `fetch_content()` include #13

I think that will only really be important if we start to have multiple files for the library -- I personally don't think it's worth it right now for a single file, but I could be convinced. I'm also unsure what that specifically would look like WRT what's being deployed.
