Tyler Technologies #10

Williamson (#4), Austin (#9), and El Paso (#6) counties (and possibly more) all have the same provider for their court documents. That provider is Tyler Technologies: https://www.tylertech.com/solutions-products/courts-justice-solutions.

Counties that use this provider tend to all have websites that look like this: image http://public.austincounty.com/default.aspx

There seem to be a few options for case searches, and not every county has the same ones. For example, El Paso county doesn't have a date-only search and does have a captcha.
