fix bitstamp disconnect method #77

There is no disconnect method on api, which results in disconnect is not a function error. Other exchanges use correct close method.

Oh yes, well spotted sir. The previous bitstamp api was using pusher and this.api was the Pusher client... Thanks ✌️
