historical data for busd pairs #262

hello tucsky, with now FTX gone, binance spot is going to be more dominant, could you please add the historical data for the busd spot pairs for btc and eth? thank you very much sir.

Good idea, thanks! I disabled FTX by default but keep the data available Added some busd pairs Will probably add ALL the remaining binance USDT spot pairs as well
