@7abhisheknn I didn't notice you are using a custom theme. What theme/extension are you using?

only two extensions 1) Clipboard Indicator 2) Dash to Panel

Using default Light Theme in GNOME 45 -

With "theme" set to "Light" in settings, and this built-in extension enabled -
