Cropped and Outplaced window when top bar is hidden #496

Problem

When using "Hide top Bar" or "Dash to Panel" + autohide

The clipboard indicator extension window, when triggered, is cropped and placed on the top left of the further left screen

This is a screenshot of my left screen, even though I am currently writing in my right screen

It is displayed properly when the "top bar" (which is merged with the panel, using dash to panel) is not hidden

_Disregard the "Subway Surfer in MS Teams" entry, lol_
