Schedule page lack of interactivity

The schedule page has no interactive components, which makes it less engaging. Potential improvements:

• Adding task actions when hovering or clicking a task on the timeline
• Adding hover actions to the graph
• Adding settings or controls to the side of the graphs panel

Due to tight scheduling, fixing this issue is further delayed. Temporarily adding wontfix while not working on it.
