Create a project webpage.

We're going to need a webpage for the project. The simplest way to do this is to use GitHub Pages (via a gh-pages branch).

I've got some preliminary thoughts for this, will sketch and post them. Before it can be completed though, I'll need an early version of the game working (plus there isn't much point doing this before then anyway!).

I kind of accidentally did this when mucking about with tweeting your score. Just the basic GitHub placeholder page...

Cool, I intend to do something ridiculously over-the-top at some stage, but not till November I expect!
