Could you make a switch/option to get the VDQI look in the tufte-book class? #143

I would like to use the VDQI appearance in the tufte-book class but haven't been able to find how to do this. It would make sense to be able to call the class with \documentclass[a5paper,twoside,notoc,vdqi]{tufte-book} and get the look without having to change anything else. Do you think this make sense? Could you do this?
