There's a filter in WordPress called "wptexturize" that should allow us to standardize the quotation marks.

fixed with last commit (https://github.com/TuftsDaily/daily-xml-plugin/commit/c8d6352e47e1f0ae28b5de7cc7c5e5aef2473208) thanks to the wptexturize function
