This PR is just a tiny clean up around the ECS.

Changes include:

:see_no_evil: Added binary files to gitignore
:sparkles: Added default constructors and operators on Entity
:memo: Added in-code for EntityManager
:sparkles: Added utility runSystems function to Registry
:recycle: Renamed ISytem::func to run
:recycle: Made plugin return unique_ptr instead of raw pointers
