I am unable to find suitable parameters to detect this cms any suggestions are highly appreciated.

You can add /redaxo to the domain as @evs-cp suggested and check if it exists (you can also add extra checks like finding redaxo.org in the html to prevent false +ve matches) There are a lot of parameters you can find for detection here: https://www.elektro-sieben.de/redaxo/

I also noticed that there are a lot of classes starting with 'rex-' in the homepage. You can also use them to detect it but it'll be unreliable.

well I did notice those classes but due to lack for targets I can't cross reference these and determine proper detection parameters.
