I liked your tool and I used it previously very much as you know Hackertarget API is require authentication now,
that is a reason your 2 functions are not working one Nmap port scanner and the second one is whois lookup, to resolve this problem
I am making a pull request consist of file test_portscanner.php, I already made all solution for your tools in python coz I know it very well but I have lack of knowledge in php, but I tried with this and works like a charm,
Now set up it as per your need...
