uninstall #10

If in future, you need to do something during uninstall, add the file and do it. But having an empty uninstall is just silly.

Ok, this seems reasonable. No reason to include a file if it indeed is not needed. Just bloats the code. While I kind of dislike this, because it changes my default folders and files, I agree that not used should also be not included.

Removed the file.
