Using modals when necessary, allows for right-clicking to perform some moderation actions.

Below is an example of the warn command implemented as such.

This pr implements the following actions in that way:

Warn (for message right-clicked)
Warn (for custom reason)
Kick
Ban

Timeout has not been implemented because it requires a selection, which has not been implemented by nextcord or discord.
