Escape markdown in modlog usernames #66

Description

In the modlog, a usernane with two underscores is interpreted as a username. It should be escaped using nextcord.utils.escape_markdown or whatever its called lol

Steps to reproduce

  1. Be mod
  2. Do something with user that has double underscores in username
  3. its interpreted as md
