[x] Command and DB table to fetch and store YT channel URLs (and verify to ensure they're real channel URLs)
[ ] Subscribe to channel via RSS
[ ] Re-subscribe to each channel on bot startup
[x] Send message in channel when channel is uploaded/posted/livestreamed to
