DK Class only has blood and frost, needs Unholy as well

What issue are you having?  Do you have any steps to reproduce it?
The issue is with DK's. The class template only has two options, needs 3,
unholy.

What addons are you using?  Do you still have the issue with all other
addons disabled?

actually WOW stores the screenshots and the standard windows instructions do not
work.  I forgot about that detail.  :)

I don't play a DK, but I believe you do not get unholy presence until level 70:
