Also support a .NET 4.5 build and lib in NuGet package #30

When I did the last PR for this project I set it up to build for .NET 2, 3.5, 4 and 4.5.2. I've had requests in my dependent packages to also support 4.5. These simple changes merely add that build. There should be no adverse affects. Once merged, will you push an update to the NuGet package? It would be of immense help. Thank you.

I am approving that. And merging it. The new nuget version will be released in the next 2 days while we get a new Digital Certificate.
