Pluggable Application Form Fields

Blog owner should be able to write extensions for the Application Form 
functionality to create custom form fields.

Need to pluggable-ise several parts:
  * Application form setup
  * Application list
  * Application list filter
  * Application details
  * Application form display
  * Application form submit/storage

yes, I wish if it had a link to db-toolkit plugin where i can have a database 
linked fields, to set up the application form to be called in other words as 
CV/Profile with which the candidate can apply. with admin capability to allow 
either to be saved in database or to post to external as PDF/word document.
This will allow a candidate search form based on different filters

I have been waiting for this enhancement for long, I thnk it is going to take a 
long time,
If at least this could "talk to" other plugins like DB-Toolkit and WP resume 
like plugins it would be great
