Could not connect to the wrapper. (110) #33

I have put my Public IP in and 20000 for the wrapper port and the wrapper key but its says "Could not connect to the wrapper. (110)", can someone help me?

Hey @Xean00796!

It seems that we timed out during the connection request to your computer. It sounds like it could possibly be your router blocking the port. Try opening the port and get back to me with the results 😃
