Is there any workaround for this feature? I need to run two application through different VPN at the same time

Unfortunately there isn't. This is something I'm discussing with the Wiresock developer so please keep an eye on the repo or follow the TunnlTo twitter for updates. Can you provide some more context about your setup so that it can be considered if that feature goes ahead?

I have multiple clients of a game opened and I want to connect to it via different IPs (to each game)
