Add AmneziaWG protocol support #228

Hello!

In Russia regular WG protocol is banned by the Great Russian Firewall but AmneziaWG protocol works due to it's design. Please add the support for it to the app because split tunelling functionality is the best in your app!

A newer version of Wiresock (that is included in the TunnlTo Premium Beta - https://github.com/TunnlTo/desktop-app/discussions/222 ) supports proxy handshakes. More details about how it works here:
