Tunnel names with non English characters can not be deleted

To reproduce:

• Create a tunnel with Chinese Traditional/Russian words as the parameters
• Edit the tunnel. Parameters will show as undefined
• Try to delete. It will not delete

I have found and implemented a fix for this which will be released in the next version.
