Manual sort order doesn't work for "automatically go to next stream" #134

Issue #113 introduced the manual sort order for Inoreader.

If manual sort order for Inoreader is active, it is not used while automatically going to next stream after marking all articles as read. There, the next stream in alphabetical order is opened.
