/api/v1/getlayerstate is blanc after changing order of templates in rundown #110

When i change order of templates when one/more templates are running layer info becomes blanc (like there is no layers active)... Before changing order image After image

Hmm, will leave this open for further investigation. The getlayerstate reports the state from memory and not from disk and looks like sometimes the memory state is not populated correctly...
