LLVM toolchain support for Eclipse CDT. Now deprecated since it is build-in to Eclipse CDT via installation option. LLVM is a modular toolchain architecture that is used more and more in all kinds of computing platforms for it's certain benefits.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In Eclipse File>New>C++ Project

Observe that only MinGW GCC is listed. Uncheck only supported toolchain
tickmark and LLVM tool chains appear in the list.

I installed Eclipse CDT on Windows with Cygwin and MinGW and installed LLVM and
llvm-gcc and some basic binaries and I have attached a screenshot to prove that
with the current version all LLVM specific toolchain options are visible when
creating a C/C++ project.
