switching lj users during a post edit keeps old lj entry id. #10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. add more than one LJ account to the plugin
2. write new post, plublish to one of the lJ accounts
3. edit post again, switch accounts

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The LJ entry id should change to a blank entry id, or the entry id
associated with the lj user account selected.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
This is a potentially dangerous but in that it might cause existing lj
posts to get overwritten if lp tries to update using a lj entry id that is
already in use.
