What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I just upgraded to 2.1.4
2. I clicked on the settings page

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
What I get is: Live+Press has not been installed, or has not been 
installed properly. Please install Live+Press before continuing.

When I press the install button, nothing happens. When I reload the 
settings page, I get the same: Live+Press has not been installed, or has 
not been installed properly. Please install Live+Press before continuing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.1.4 on WinXP

MySQL:  4.1.22-max-log
PHP:    4.3.11
Server: Apache

Please provide any additional information below.
I've been having to deactivate, because the site acts sluggishly when the 
plugin is activated.

see if 2.1.5 helps.  

- removed leftover/missed debugger code
- fixed blank page problem with install
- removed some mysql queries to use wp codex instead.
