There is a lack of this functionality on live+press to transfer all the
entries before the installation to livejournal.

There are LJ crossposter plugins that will do batch cross-posts.  LivePress 
doesn't
and probably never will have this functionality.   It isn't the direction we 
want to
see LP going in. At least not in the foreseeable future.
