What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a fresh install of WP using define('CUSTOM_USER_TABLE') and
define('CUSTOM_USER_META_TABLE')
2. Install L+P.
3. Attempt to crosspost any entry to LJ.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output: Crossposted comment.
Actual output: Failure in WP.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
WP 3.0, Ubuntu 8.04LTS, L+P 2.2.1
Please provide any additional information below.
This used to work at one point; at some point a query in the L+P plugin changed
from "get the defined user table" to "construct the name of the user table
using standard protocols", but that doesn't work if someone's using a custom
user table.
