Remove the need for class-IXR.php hack #9

At present, installing this plugin requires a hack to wordpress'
class-IXR.php.   

I'd like to enhance/fix the plugin to eliminate the need for this.

easier than I had anticipated.  it's no longer necessary to hack class-IXR.php. 
removed code that turns up mysql debugging within lpsynch.php.
