Ming has the ability to deal with time zone aware datetimes or not (default is not). I'd like to have a configuration parameter to set this flag during Datastore creation.

This makes a lot of sense, I'll try to push a solution for it for 2.2.1

0215cee937ce01a640b5c4f3300b3b7e26d09d95 should provide a fix for this issue and support pymongo connection options using the ming.connection set of options.
