Hi A-nouri,

I will see what I can do over the next 2 weeks. I am making no promises. Please note GCM is generally only used in hardware implementations. I am curious as to why you would want this.

I am still working on this. Do you have any policies relating to copying a procedure from another open source project? How would attribution be done?
