Please provide details that might help me to reproduce the issue, including the versions of TurboVNC that you are using on the host and client machines and the exact procedure that can be used to reproduce the issue.
Hi there,
Server side: Host: CentOS 8.4 TurboVNC: turbovnc-2.2.90.x86_64.rpm
Client side: Host: Windows 10 TurboVNC Client: TurboVNC-2.2.90-x64.exe
By the way, the ssh port is connectable via MobaXterm. However, the turbovnc viewer complained the preceiding error.
I have never seen that error. Can you check the TurboVNC session log (under ~/.vnc on the host) and see if the session failed to start for some reason?
