Document how to build, dependencies and yocto recipe #369

Hello everyone,

I am trying to use TurboVNC on my computer. However, I can not find any documentation on how to build the turboVNC application, neither a list of dependencies, and not even a yocto recipe for it. Could you guys provide:

  1. Documentation on how to build the application.
  2. A list of all its dependencies.
  3. A yocto recipe for the turboVNC application.
