the UI of Display Settings dialog is messy after changing custom scale #400

Linux: Debian bulleye + xfce4 desktop + TurboVNC 2.2.5

I tried to change the custom scale a little bit under 4K resolution in Display Settings dialog but all of a sudden, the Display Settings dialog looks like this:

Do you know how to fix the UI of Display Settings, if I don't reinstall the system?

I deleted $HOME/.config/xfce4/xfconf/xfce-perchannel-xml/displays.xml and the normal Display Settings is back.

Never seen that before, but please note that TurboVNC 2.2.x is not actively supported anymore (https://turbovnc.org/DeveloperInfo/Versioning).
