Cloud variables and Local Storage #739

I suggest adding some options which remove some cloud variables limits such as:

Allowing letters Removing variable length limit Removing cloud variable only "For all sprites" limit Adding cloud list But these options will be available if the cloud host is set to localStorage (or maybe to a custom server)

Cloud variables already don't have any limits when set to local storage.
