HD Image Quality Decrease on Stage vs. Editor #946

There's a major decrease in quality on HD sprites that makes the sprite's quality on the stage look awful and low resolution while it looks crisp and clean in the costume editor, not sure if fixable- images for comparison provided below.

A costume has a set resolution when rendering on the stage, that's why giant SVG costumes look so blurry.

Not sure if it's an option or something that could be supported in the editor, but when I package a project and select the "increase vector resolution" option it seems to fix it.
