Dynamic Menus? #104

I noticed Scratch's extension documentation has information on dynamic menus. Is this something that can be added to the Turbowarp Docs or do Turbowarp extensions have different syntax/standards?

i think this is something that can be added to the turbowarp docs, some extensions already use this (like clones plus)

I don't mind writing a bit for it if everyone else doesn't mind
