Windows 64bit electron locks folder to owner only. #894

I dunno if it is just my Windows Partition messing up or what but when I open a turbowarp packaged project with windows 64 bit, it locks all permissions to the owner of the computer, and removes the deletion permission from all users. Only after opening the project though. Folder Access Denied 8_30_2024 6_16_38 PM I'm using steamworks.js as well.
