2011/01 规范要求页眉粗线宽 0.8mm, 在 PlutoThesis_UTF8_2.0.0.20110317 
里面的实际设定是 3pt 约等于 1.055mm. 
是有打印输出方面的考虑还是有非书面的规定这样要求?
