Update StatsBase to v0.34 #104

StatsBase needs a version bump in Project.toml, but there's no PR, maybe the CompatHelper workflow needs re-activation?

Ah, sounds good. I'll get all the compat stuff sorted locally and push a new patch version here within the next hour or so
