CompatHelper: bump compat for "AbstractMCMC" to "2.2" #52

This pull request changes the compat entry for the AbstractMCMC package from 0.5.6,1.0 to 0.5.6,1.0, 2.2.

This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.
