Fix Julia compat #9

The package is declared to be compatible with Julia 1.0 (according to the Project.toml). This is untested and I think it's likely to be incorrect (eg I don't think there exists a version of Enzyme for Julia 1.0). This PR changes the oldest supported Julia version to 1.6 - which is also tested.
