problem with install on M1 Mac #1755

I had a search through the issues, but couldn't find anything related. I'm running Julia 1.7.0 (macOS ARM version). Basically, Turing won't precompile. I get this error when using Turing.

I'm running Julia 1.7.0

Have you seen https://github.com/TuringLang/Turing.jl/issues/1738? Turing doesn't work yet on Julia 1.7.

For ARM, I don't know what the status is currently.
