Remove nightly #13

Suggestion.

Since Turing doesn't work on Julia 1.7 anyway, the nightly tests don't add much currently

I would rather keep them. Julia 1.7 is just another the corner and I've added the restriction for the PRs to be merged only for the '1' version.

You‘re gonna drop LTS support once 1.7 is released?

No, I don't intend on doing that.
