Create initial version of API

The specs for the first version of the API is that it needs to be super simple.

• [x] Root Controller
  • [x] Link for connecting to websocket

• [x] A list of hard coded channels

  • [x] Name of the channel
  • [x] How to connect to the channel
  • [x] How to send messages to the channel

  In addition we need to configure the websocket broker and what ever else is needed for the communication to work.
