What if the reviews are not reviews, i.e. random people posting their opinion on a service? Case in point, intro to a dating service (IP-ds), random people posted 'this is fabulous' 'nice' 'this is what is needed'. Do they go to OP-oo instead of OP-rv?
A1: I'd probably annotate such texts as OP-rv.
A2: If the opinions just comments to some post and not reviews, I guess they shouldn't be annotated at all? We've annotated some texts where there are user reviews following a text as hybrids of description w intent to sell + reviews.
