Seems like TurnWheel/jReject is unmaintained since Oct 2014:

Anybody knows of a maintained fork?

PS @BluSyn Maybe you could add a note to the README.me looking for a new maintainer

@jnachtigall - Haven't used it but I found this when looking for an alternative to this plugin: https://github.com/burocratik/outdated-browser

Another one: http://browser-update.org/

I'm using Browser Update as it allows me to customize it but what's great is it will detect when the vendor stops supporting that browser and show an out of date message.
